Terms and Conditions

Effective from January 1, 2026

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions (hereinafter – Terms) set out the rights, duties and responsibilities between the person purchasing products from the online store shishashop.lt (hereinafter – Buyer) and MB Shisha Shop (hereinafter – Seller).

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms agreement with these Terms.

Only adults (18 years and older) can purchase products.

2. Product Ordering

The Buyer orders products by selecting them and adding to the shopping cart.

An order is considered placed when the Buyer completes the order form, selects payment and delivery method, and confirms the order.

The Buyer must provide accurate and correct information (name, surname, delivery address, contact details).

3. Prices and Payment

Product prices are shown in euros, including VAT.

Delivery cost is shown separately during ordering.

  • Card payment
  • Cash on pickup at the physical store

4. Product Delivery

Products are delivered within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.

Delivery methods and costs:

Products are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer during ordering.

Free delivery applies to orders from €50.

5. Product Quality and Warranty

All products sold are new and of high quality.

Product photos are illustrative, colors may vary slightly depending on monitor settings.

Products are covered by manufacturer's warranty according to Lithuanian law (at least 2 years for consumer goods).

6. Product Returns and Exchanges

Quality products can be returned within 14 days of receipt (distance selling right).

Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, without loss of commercial appearance.

Defective products can be returned or exchanged within 2 years of purchase.

7. Liability

The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of provided information.

The Seller is not liable for delays due to third parties (couriers, banks).

The Seller is not liable for damage caused by improper use of products.

Neither party is liable for failure to perform its obligations caused by force majeure events beyond its reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, photos, logos, trademarks) is the property of the Seller or lawful owners.

Copying, reproducing or otherwise using content without written consent is prohibited.

Any unauthorised use may result in legal action under the intellectual-property laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes are resolved through negotiations.

If agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania according to the Seller's registered address.

These Terms come into effect from the moment of publication on the website.

The Seller has the right to change the Terms, informing about this on the website.
